Risk-SIS Consultants was founded by Stephen Holmes, having worked in the Energy and Power industry for 24 Years. Steve is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology, as well as a Functional Safety Engineer., he has also previous performed as a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for Process Safety Research at Texas A&M University. He has worked for major operators and Engineering companies on 4 continents, in some of the harshest climates providing both Instrumentation/Control Engineering and Process Safety & Functional Safety expertise. Steve is experienced at TA1 group Technical Authority level providing not only engineering expertise but also strategic direction to Instrument/Control and Process Safety. Steve is also a cyber security specialist and co author of International guidelines for cyber security of Industrial Control Systems
